Shipping Policy
Where we ship: US Only
Processing time: Orders are usually processed in 2-3 Business Days. Custom or made-to-order prints may be requested by emailing nademore@gmail.com or nsquaredlifestyle@gmail.com.
Carriers: UPS
Shipping rates: Flat $5.00 Shipping Rate applies to all orders.
Tracking: A tracking link is sent when your order ships.
Packaging: Prints are flat-packed with protective materials to reduce damage.
International orders: Import duties, taxes, and fees may be levied by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare lower values.
Delivery issues: If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier office. After 7 days, contact us and we’ll help file a trace. While we can’t guarantee replacements for confirmed deliveries, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Damaged in transit: Contact us within 5 days of delivery at nademore@gmail.com or nsquaredlifestyle@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If not, here’s how returns work:
Return window: You may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery.
Eligible items: Unused, in original packaging, and in re-saleable condition.
Ineligible items: Final sale/clearance, gift cards, downloadable/digital products, and custom or personalized prints (e.g., special sizes, custom framing).
Return shipping: Customer pays return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to start a return: Email nsquaredlifestyle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with instructions and a return authorization (RMA).
Refund timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. We may contact you directly for alternative refund options.
Exchanges: Subject to stock availability. If timing is critical, place a new order and return the original.
Defects or wrong item received: Notify us within 10 days with photos. We’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after the stated timeframe, contact your bank/credit card. If issues persist, email us with your order number.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Nic DeMore ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit nicdemore.com (the "Site") and when you purchase our products.
1) Information we collect
Information you provide: name, email, shipping/billing address, payment method details (processed by our payment processor), order notes, messages via forms.
Automatic data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, referring URLs, approximate location (city/country), and actions (e.g., add to cart), collected via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Payment data: We do not store full card numbers. Payments are handled by Squarespace and it’s third party payment processing partners.
Accounts/newsletter: If you create an account or subscribe, we store the email and preferences you provide.

To provide, personalize, and fulfill orders; process payments; and communicate with you about your purchase.
To improve our Site, products, and customer experience.
For marketing and remarketing (with your consent where required), including email updates and ads about new work or releases.
To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and secure our services.

Legitimate interests: to maintain and improve the Site, measure performance, and prevent fraud, balanced against your rights.

We keep order records for 7 years (for tax/accounting). Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe, unless you request deletion sooner.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data; to object/restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. Submit requests to nsquaredlifestyle@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before responding.
8) Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

Our Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

1) Overview
These Terms govern your use of nicdemore.com and purchases from Nic DeMore. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be of legal age to form a contract in your jurisdiction. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activities under it.
3) Products & Availability
We strive for accurate descriptions and imagery, but minor variations in color/finish may occur due to display settings or print processes. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time.
4) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions
Prices are shown in USD and exclude/include applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices and correct pricing errors. Discount codes/promotions may have additional terms.
5) Orders & Payment
By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the total amount. We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, product unavailability). If we cancel, we’ll refund any amount charged.
6) Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (or upon delivery to you where required by law). See our Shipping Policy for details.

8) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including artworks, images, text, logos, and designs—is owned by Nic DeMore or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without prior written consent. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of the physical item, not any intellectual property rights or license to reproduce.
9) User Content & Feedback
If you send ideas or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without obligation. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
10) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping, interfering with security features, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.
11) Third-party Links
We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites linked from our Site.
12) Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nic DeMore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue/data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nic DeMore and our affiliates from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
15) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Milwaukee County, WI, unless otherwise required by law.
16) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
